On December 22, 2009, in Nihon Keizai Shimbun, NCRI publicly notified that the general meeting of NCRI’s unitholders will be held on February 23, 2010 and that, in order to determine the unitholders who are entitled to exercise their voting rights at the meeting, NCRI has determined January 15, 2010 as the record date for such meeting. Unitholders whose names appear in the register of unitholders as at the end on the record date will be entitled to exercise their voting rights at such meeting.

Unitholders who have not had their names registered on the register of unitholders should immediately take the procedure for such registration.
